This home model was decorated by the Jones Design Group, a group of interior decorators who help to decorate homes for view to the public.

The architecture of the living room has a very organized and closed space style. For example, the stair-set is very narrow and consists of three separate sets, the middle one only being 3 or 4 steps long. To compliment the feel of thee home, everything is presented in a concise, organized manner, but just a little bit off. For example, there is one chair that is steel framed and tilted diagnally instead of being perpendicular and parallel to the table like the other tables. And the pictures are hung up slightly off center. It expresses that, all the room is generally cramped, there is still room for style.

The island of the kitchen creates a separation; in order to get from one side of the kitchen to the other you must walk around and if two people are standing on the opposite sides of the kitchen they are separated by an island. In order to create a feeling of unity, the designers placed the dining room table in direct sight of the kitchen, to show that, even though they seem to be separated, they are still unified in that they are all part of the same room.
