Fire Station #4

Built in 1968 Fire Station #4 in Indiana was one of Venturi and Scott Brown’s joint designs and one of their early works. Out of their postmodern style, Fire Station #4 is a sleek modern style building. Sporting a flat roof, sleek red and white walls and a tall box-y water hose tower the building is sleek and modern. The sleek brick red and white coloring on the building is smooth enough that even Spiderman couldn’t scale it. The building is a mix between working space, space for the firetrucks and living quarters for the firemen.
