Las Vegas was part II of my family’s summer vacation. Out of all the casinos on the strip, the Excalibur casino caught my eye the most. The enormous fairy tale-like castle structure brought me back to my childhood. Every movie I remember from my childhood had the Disney trademark; a castle and a shooting star. This hotel was what I always imagined the castle would look like. The size of the castle was unimaginable. When you looked at it from afar, it seemed as if it would take ages to get from the entrance to the actual castle through all of the colorful towers. The walkway that took us form the street entrance to the door is what I could imagine it would be like to have walked into a fairy tale palace. Though it was still a casino inside, I just couldn’t get enough of the outside detail.
