Located in Broken Arrow Oklahoma the “Chapel on the Hill” is by far the most recognizable example of modern architecture in town. The church was originally built as a Lutheran church and designed by William H. Ryan. Ryan was known for his fascination with round roofs and concrete. To me the chapel resembles a covered wagon.

 Broken Arrow Memorial Stadium holds a special place in my heart. When I see it I feel a great sense of pride for my home town as well  many memories that I will always cherish. In High school I spent countless hours at this stadium, whether it was at practice in the fall or conditioning in the summer, I was there nearly every day. I was taught life lessons such as  the meaning of hard work and respect. Due to the nature of stadiums I also learned how to win and how to lose. The Stadium was completed in 2000 costing a total of 8.6 million dollars. In 2011 the district was granted a bond for a new 2 million dollar score board, featured in the last photo.
