Post 2-The Chinese National Centre for the Performing Arts

The Chinese national centre was built in 2007, which is the year right before the Beijing 2008 Olympic games. It was inspired by the Chinese old adage, which is ‘fitting between square and circle ducts.’ And this building is next to the Tian An Men Square.

The only time I get into there was in 2010, I was coming to there to watch a drama with my parents. The one point I like that is from this building is building materials. It was used steel and glasses, but they are special. They could help the whole building to keep the constant temperature. So the audiences could enjoy the drama in the very comfortable environment.

  1. This is one of the most interesting buildings I have ever seen. A building like this could make anybody appreciate creativity and architecture. I hope I can one day visit this building.
